At Telemesh, we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy allows you to know about the personal information we collect, how we collect that, and why. Such as, how we use that to improve your experience, how we safeguard and secure your usage, how we use cookies, which third parties have access to that and how you have control over your data. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our app, your information is protected both online and offline.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• User-given name
• An encrypted version of your password in the form of a cryptographic hash
• User location data
• User ID or Ethereum wallet address
• User’s points balance in our system
• Transaction history
• Application logs related to users device network modules

When you access our Service through a mobile device, we automatically collect certain information including the mobile device type, its unique ID, IP address, network module details, operating system details, unique device identifiers and related data (“Usage Data”). Telemesh uses a cellular data package in the case of its Internet mode and Seller mode. Here, the data consumption depends on the device configuration and network vendor operator. Telemesh application stores these data in the user device temporarily or permanently. It stores the Ethereum Keystore file only in the user device and no other places to ensure better security of users’ private keys.

We use application logs and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Tracking technologies also used to collect and track information to improve and analyze our Service. Data tracking will use your cellular data or shared network data to transfer information to the server.

Examples of Tracking data we use:

• App share information
• Message count
• User group count
• User unique ID (Ethereum address)
• Application log
• Location data
• Device network module statistics

Due to the inherent transparency of many blockchains, including the Ethereum Blockchain, transactions that individuals broadcast via Telemesh may be publicly accessible. It includes, but is not limited to, your public sending address, the public address of the receiver, the amount of data sent or received, and any other data a user has chosen to include in a given transaction. Information stored on a blockchain may be public, immutable, and difficult or even impossible to remove or delete. Transactions and addresses taken may reveal information about the user’s identity and information that can potentially be correlated now or in the future by any party who chooses to do so, including law enforcement. Users are encouraged to review how privacy and transparency on the blockchain works.

Telemesh uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
• To provide user care and support
• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
• To monitor the usage of the Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Your information, including tracking data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Bangladesh and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Bangladesh and process it there.

Telemesh will take all possible steps necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and not transferred to any organization or country unless there are adequate controls.

We may employ third-party companies, Software APIs and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”) to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
